3D Environment Artist

We are looking for an experienced 3d environment artist for an Animation project.

What will you do:

You will do the full cycle of creating 3d models of architecture and props for the 3D layouts and final scenes in the style of semi-realism (stylised realism).

You are a good fit for us if:

  • You have at least one year of commercial experience in a similar position.
  • Can make high poly models and low poly models of architecture and props.
  • Have a good sense of proportions and can read a concept.
  • Understand basic proportions and principles of architectural ensembles.
  • Know how to work with stylisation.
  • Know how to do retopology in Maya.
  • Have excellent UV unwrapping control skills.
  • Know how to bake texture maps in Marmoset.
  • Know how to create textures and customise materials for a finished model in Substance Painter (procedurally/handprint).

Soft-skills required:

  • Ability to work in an extremely well planned and deadline driven environment.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • High level of attention and loyalty to a feedback.

Will be a plus:

  • Art education.

Additionally:

  • Fluency in Russian language required.
  • Requires own, remote workstation.
  • Headset of headphones and microphone for calls.
  • Windows 11 and up-to-date versions of all programs used.
  • Ability to work in the GMT+2 time zone.
