Senior Props 3D Artist

We are looking for an experienced props and weapons 3D Artist for the Overwatch project.

What will you do:

You will do the full cycle of creating 3d models of weapons and props in the style of Overwatch.

You are a good fit for us if:

  • You know how to blockout models in Maya.
  • You have an understanding of shapes, plasticity and sillhouette and know how to work with concept art.
  • You know how to make high poly models in ZBrush and model using Maya smooth tool.
  • You can do retopology and correctly unwrap UV in Maya.
  • You can bake texture maps in Marmoset / Substance Painter.
  • Know how to make textures and customize materials in Photoshop (procedurally/handpaint).
  • You have at least one year of commercial experience in a similar role.

Will be a plus:

  • Able to sculpt stylized organics and drapery.
  • Have experience with game engines.

Soft-skills required:

  • Ability to work in an extremely well planned and deadline driven environment.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • High level of attention and loyalty to a lot of feedback..

Additionally:

  • Fluency in Russian language required.
  • Requires own, remote workstation.
  • Headset of headphones and microphone for calls.
  • Windows 11 and up-to-date versions of all programs used.
  • Ability to work in the GMT+2 time zone.
