Senior Props 3D Artist
We are looking for an experienced props and weapons 3D Artist for the Overwatch project.
What will you do:
You will do the full cycle of creating 3d models of weapons and props in the style of Overwatch.
You are a good fit for us if:
- You know how to blockout models in Maya.
- You have an understanding of shapes, plasticity and sillhouette and know how to work with concept art.
- You know how to make high poly models in ZBrush and model using Maya smooth tool.
- You can do retopology and correctly unwrap UV in Maya.
- You can bake texture maps in Marmoset / Substance Painter.
- Know how to make textures and customize materials in Photoshop (procedurally/handpaint).
- You have at least one year of commercial experience in a similar role.
Will be a plus:
- Able to sculpt stylized organics and drapery.
- Have experience with game engines.
Soft-skills required:
- Ability to work in an extremely well planned and deadline driven environment.
- High level of responsibility.
- High level of attention and loyalty to a lot of feedback..
Additionally:
- Fluency in Russian language required.
- Requires own, remote workstation.
- Headset of headphones and microphone for calls.
- Windows 11 and up-to-date versions of all programs used.
- Ability to work in the GMT+2 time zone.
